  • Jeddah: Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days and delivered to the courier.
  • Other cities in Saudi Arabia: Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days and shipped via SMSA (delivery typically takes 2-4 business days).
  • GCC countries: Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days and shipped via SMSA (delivery typically takes 3-9 business days).
  • Note: Delivery times may increase during peak periods.

You can check product availability directly on the website by searching for the product using its unique code. Sizes are updated weekly.


Incomplete or defective orders

If your order is incomplete or includes defective items, please contact our online store’s WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order to report the issue. We will address your request promptly.
