Return and Exchange Policy
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the products.
Within Saudi Arabia
- Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.
- Shipping Fee for All Regions in Saudi Arabia: SAR 22 (Free shipping offers may be available from time to time).
Return and Exchange Shipping Fees
As part of our commitment to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, a nominal fee of SAR 19 will be charged for return and exchange shipping. This amount will be deducted from the value of the returned products.
Important Notes
- If the free shipping condition is violated (if applicable), a shipping fee of SAR 22 will be deducted (e.g., if the order value after the return no longer qualifies for free shipping).
- If the customer does not receive the shipment, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
- If the customer submits a return request for an order where a free shipping code was used, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
GCC Countries
- Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.
- Shipping Fee to GCC Countries: SAR 70.
Additional Charges
The customer is responsible for any additional fees imposed by the destination country, such as customs duties.
Return Shipping Fees
The customer will bear the cost of return shipping to the company, which will be deducted from the value of the returned products upon the company's receipt of the shipment.

- If the customer returns an order that included free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted, or if the free shipping condition is violated (if applicable).
- If the customer does not receive the shipment, the customer will bear the cost of returning the products to the company, which will be deducted from the product value (SAR 19).
